- Training session on “Life lessons from Mahabharata” on 22nd May 2015, to middle-level employees at Employees Provident Fund Organisation, Zonal Training Institute, West Zone (Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India), Ujjain, (Madhya Pradesh)
- Workshop conducted on 'Mindfulness and Well-Being- Chapter 02’ on 05th April 2023. The interactive workshop was organized for the staff of the University. The workshop helped the attendees to know the impact of our decisions on our lives. Dr. Sharma talked about the making better decisions leads to better results (and fewer repercussions).
- Workshop conducted on 'Mindfulness and Well-Being on 13th April 2023. The interactive workshop was organized for the faculty and staff of the University. The workshop helped the attendees reduce their emotional exhaustion, depression, and anxiety. It also helped them increase openness to new ideas, develop compassion and empathy, and improve personal and professional relationships.

- Invited as a Resource Person by Madhya Pradesh Rural Bank Officers Association, Bhopal, to deliver the session on ‘Stress Management”.
I trained the Bank Officers and delivered the session to explain that if you’re living with high levels of stress, you’re putting your entire well-being at risk. Stress wreaks havoc on your emotional equilibrium, as well as your physical health.

- P.L.Shroff College of Arts & Commerce invited me as a trainer for the Research Seminar called" Developing Research oriented Young Minds- A Holistic Approach on 29th September 2018, Mumbai.
- Invited as a trainer by IOT Academy, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India to deliver the session on “Stress and Time Management for Teacher” in 10 Days National Level Faculty Refresher Program (FRP) on Teaching Strategies in HEI’s from 19th to 30th September, 2022.

- Conducted a Meditation drive which gives you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and employee overall health. Employees also use it to relax and cope with stress by refocusing attention on something calming. Meditation can help employees learn to stay centred and keep inner peace.

- Police Commissioner of Mumbai, Invited me as a resource person to conduct the Training Program for Mira-Bhayander Police Personnel on "Stress Management & Mindfulness" on 19th October 2022. There were a total of 28 Senior Police Officers who attended the program at the Commissioner's Office, Mumbai.


- Dr. Nitin Sharma, Asst. professor conducted an awareness session for PGDM I Semester, Batch 2019-21, students on plastic-free environment and paperless office on campus. He informed the students that the chemicals used in plastic production can have harmful effects on human bodies and health, including hormonal changes. Animals ingest plastic debris and get poisoned or injured.
