Ph.D. has been awarded from (DAVV, University, Indore) on 21 March 2016, from Prestige Institute of Management & Research, Indore, on “HRD Practices In Service Sector: A Comparative Study”

 

My objective behind this detailed research was to identify and help the III level of employees, who are working in Hospital, Insurance and Telecom of Ujjain and Indore city. Many times, the top-level employers commit the promise to introduce and deliver the best welfare schemes for the III level employees but when I interact with these employees, they deny getting any such services from the management. To find the gap between the top level and lower-level employees, I decided to do the research and start my journey.
